When will my order be delivered?
For international shipments, your orders will be delivered to the courier company within 8 business days (Monday–Friday) from the order date after bank approval. Delivery is not possible on public holidays.
Delivery times for custom-made products vary depending on the manufacturing process. Delivery information and lead times for these products are specified on the product pages.
If there is a problem on our side, we will notify you using your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.
Note that orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or National Holidays will be processed the next business day. During holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
All of the products you select will be delivered to you by our partner courier companies. You will be notified of your purchase via a confirmation email.
If any of the products you have selected are out of stock, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding the issue and you will be notified of the date the product will be back in stock.
www.ipekciotantik.com is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. In rare cases, a consumer may purchase the same product and it may be out of stock. If you paid online and the product is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least four (4) and at most thirty (30) days. If the product is not delivered to the consumer within these timeframes, the payment will be refunded.
What should I pay attention to when receiving the product?
When you receive your order, you should definitely check the shipping package for any damage, such as tears, crushing, or moisture. We also recommend that you ensure that the items in your package match the items shown on your invoice.
The courier representative will assist you if there are any problems with the package or its contents. In such cases, you should not accept the shipment and have the courier representative write a report. This report will facilitate your exchange or refund process.
