Delivery
Our products are shipped on the same day for orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays, on the next day for orders placed after 16:00, and within 2 business days for orders placed on the weekend.
Depending on the distance of the delivery address from Denizli, the cargo company will deliver your order within 2-4 days.
During campaign periods, there may be delays depending on the volume.
Your orders will be delivered to you by Yurtiçi Kargo with the Ipekci Otantik guarantee.

Once shipped, you will receive an email and SMS. You can check the status of your shipment using the tracking number in the "My Orders" section by clicking the "Member" icon.
Before the address change procedure, please check whether your order has been shipped or not.
If the product you ordered has not been delivered to cargo, you can change your delivery address by calling our customer service at 0850 309 22 59 or by reaching us through our Whatsapp communication line.
If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest cargo branch, and a note will be left for you. You must collect your package from the specified branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to us.
Shipping is free for your domestic purchases of 3000 TL or more from ipekciotantik.com.
Return
We are confident that you will be happy with the products you purchase from our website, but sometimes opinions change.
- You can return the product within 14 days after it is delivered to you.
- If you send the product with a contracted company, the return fee belongs to our company.
- The cargo company we have an agreement with is Yurtiçi Kargo.
- The shipping costs for shipments made with cargo companies other than the contracted cargo company will be covered by you.
- For a product return to be approved, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with its invoice. It must be returned at the same time as any promotional or promotional gifts.
- For an exchange, you must return your order and create an order again.
When you cancel or return your order, your money will be refunded to your account within 7-10 business days from the date the product reaches us.
