Warranty Conditions
Because IPEKCI OTANTIK has adopted unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you purchase is under the IPEKCI OTANTIK TEKSTİL SAN TİC LTD ŞTİ guarantee. IPEKCI OTANTIK TEKSTİL SAN TİC LTD ŞTİ is obligated to comply with the Consumer Rights Law. It fulfills this obligation.
Open and inspect any packages you suspect have been damaged during shipment in the presence of a representative from the company you received the product from. If the product is damaged, have the courier company file a report and do not accept the product. Please remember that upon receiving the product, you acknowledge that the courier company has fully fulfilled its duty. Returns of used, damaged, or similar products are not accepted. The customer is responsible for returning the product in the same condition as when it was delivered and, if used, for compensation for any loss of commercial value resulting from the use.
All products are available in manufacturer's versions unless otherwise stated. Be sure to inspect the product upon delivery to ensure warranty coverage. If you find any damage, file a report and do not accept the product. Product modifications, deformations, or changes to the original design are not covered by the warranty.
Delivery and Shipping
- An information message is sent when your order is shipped.
- Delivery of the order takes place between 8 business days.
- Once you create a membership, you can also track your order on your registration page.
Return Conditions
Return and exchange conditions are as follows;

If you placed an order with your membership:
- You must create a request by clicking on the RETURN link next to the product you wish to return.
- When your return request is received in our system, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your return request has been received.
- For product approval, the product must be delivered in its original packaging, unused and packaged with its invoice.
- The shipping costs for returns made with cargo companies will be covered by you.
- For exchange, you must return your order and create an order again.
- If the product purchased through our website is faulty, you must contact us via the contact section on our page within 14 days from delivery.
If you placed an order without creating a membership:
- For returns, please contact our team by calling or writing via WhatsApp +90 850 309 2259. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refund Procedure for Refund Requests
Once the products you wish to return are received by İpekçi Otantik in accordance with the return policy, the refund will be processed to your credit card within 7 business days. The authorization code will be emailed to you. The charge, along with the authorization code, will be reflected on your statement based on your agreement with your bank. For charges not reflected on your statement, please contact your bank with your authorization code.
Cancellation Conditions
Orders that have already been invoiced and shipped cannot be canceled. You can exercise your right to return your order after you receive it.
Refund Procedure for Cancellation Request

For cancellation requests made in accordance with the above conditions, the refund will be credited to your credit card within 7 business days, and you will be notified via email with the authorization code. The amount reflected on your statement, along with the authorization code, is determined by your agreement with your bank. For charges not reflected on your statement, please contact your bank with your authorization code.
In accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts, Article 11 of Law No. 29188, the Consumer shall cover the return costs when returning the product.
