Delivery, Return and Exchange Conditions

DELIVERY

Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after 14:00 will be shipped the next day, and orders placed on weekends will be shipped within 2 business days.
Shipping is free for purchases of 3000₺ and above.

You can return the product within 14 days after delivery.
If you send the product with a contracted company, the return fee belongs to our company.
The shipping costs for shipments made with contracted cargo companies abroad are covered by you.
To be eligible for a product exchange, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with its invoice. It must be purchased alongside any promotional or promotional gifts.
For an exchange, you must return your order and create an order again.
